  • When should I notify Frontidas Zois in order to provide me the services I need?
  • Our notification should take place at least 24 hours before, in order for us to deal with your loved one’s requirements at the best possible way by engaging the most suitable home carer.

  • How much do the Frontida Zois services cost?
  • We charge our services by hour with minimal debit of 2 hours for the Nurses and the Social Workers, and 3 hours for the Domestic Assistants. In case you need our services for more hours a day/night or for 24 hours a day in a long-term care, the price proportionally is decreased in order for the cost to be absolutely affordable to your increasing needs.

  • Is it possible for someone to have combination of services?
  • Our services can be combined (e.g. simultaneous presence of Nurse and Domestic Assistant) as long as this facilitates the senior, however the services are charged separately and not in total.

  • Do the services of “Frontida zois” also extend in a 24 hours basis?
  • Our services last a regular eight hours' shift with possibility of using overtimes. Consequently such an incident could be covered with alternation of persons in order to cover the necessary time. We don’t however have at our disposal home carers that could serve as inmates.

  • Can there be any change at the program of services?
  • Of course. This depends exclusively from the senior’s needs and also from his general disposition

  • How are care givers selected?
  • Firstly, we mind to have a thorough personal interview-conversation with the potential care givers because it is absolute priority for us to match our vision and willingness to offer with them. Secondly, we consider their personal references and recommendations, and finally we offer them the opportunity to attend an incident along with an experienced care giver so for us all to come to our final conclusions.

  • How do you train your CareGivers?
  • We have a constant co-operation with Health professionals and organizations like Gerontology Company of Greece in mounting a variety of seminars and clinics about different topics of elder home care.

  • How can someone communicate directly with Frontida Zois?
  • You can communicate with us by phone any moment during the day, or you can come to the offices of our company. We are also eager any time to visit you with certain home carers from our personnel for a more complete acquaintance and analysis of our services.
